With over 35 years experience, including 19 years coaching in the Ivy League, I am helping programs take a step forward through .Plan A. which is a three day intensive coaching program where I visit, coach and observe all aspects of a scholastic or collegiate program with the goal of getting the program to move to the next competitive level. Every program is unique with respect to its strengths and weaknesses and Plan A will help to identify them and search for ways to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses. Program .Plan A. also emphasizes Coaching Staff Development in the conduct and planning of daily workouts
